NewsDr. Stephen Wills Recognized for Participation in the Children's Action Network (CAN) Dr. Wills is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education and Educational Leadership at Georgia College and State University. He was recognized by Dr. Bruce Ramirez, Executive Director of CEC, for his participation in advocacy meetings with congressional representatives in Washington D.C. this past summer.
